Position
We are seeking an experienced customer service specialist to join our growing team.
This full-time role is essential in providing top-tier support to our sales representatives,
wholesale customers, and direct-to-consumer business. We’re looking for a professional
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in communication, and embodies our
core values of quality and service. This role requires full-time, onsite presence at our headquarters in Bristol, Tennessee
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer service inquiries
• Support internal teams and external customers
• Manage customer account setups and ensure accurate maintenance of records
• Efficiently process orders and coordinate with internal fulfillment teams to
guarantee timely delivery
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any invoice or billing inquiries
• Report on customer service successes and challenges
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or wholesale
environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred experience with Shopify and ERP systems
• Exceptional communicator, adaptable across email, phone, and in-person
interactions
• Ability to handle multiple projects, shift priorities quickly, and work well under
pressure
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
