About The Role
As Data and Analytics Lead you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence across the organization. Support all end users throughout our organization, while ensuring all contractual reporting is completed in an accurate and timely fashion. The Data and Analytics Lead will function in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing comprehensive data analysis and architectural design with a focus on multiple different business processes.

About The Role

The Data and Analytics Lead will function in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing comprehensive data analysis and architectural design with a focus on multiple different business processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for analytics to drive the business.
- Manage and ensure timely delivery of reports for internal analysis and external reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Must have the ability to deliver solutions to defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large datasets.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work and resolving high priorities as they arise.
- Communicate findings, actionable recommendations, and data limitations to stakeholders to facilitate decisions.
- Ensure BI Tools remain operational after ERP or Data Center migrations within a reasonable timeframe.
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain all related platforms, including custom tables and dashboards.
- Ensure that SLA compliance and deliverable timelines are maintained through service desk ticket tracking.
- Ensure data security and access controls are implemented effectively.
- Manage advanced requests that arise from the field that will be Ad-hoc in nature.
- Constantly investigating and new data techniques and resources that can be deployed across the organization
- Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Economics or related field and 8-12 years of experience in a business environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Practical, intuitive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into implemented solutions.
- Works well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple, sometimes shifting priorities.
- Communicates appropriately with end users to educate and instruct on various software programs and hardware functions
- Must have working knowledge of SaaS and other software systems.
- Qlik, SQL experience required.
- Quickbase, Alteryx, PowerBI, AWS, Azure experience a plus.
