What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Manager position at Turtle Trax S.A.?
What will you do?
- Collaborate with sales partner to follow through on their initial business development efforts and solidify partnership with the new client.
- Collaborate with internal MSH colleagues to manage the end-to end lifecycle of the sales process & delivery commitments.
- Continuously expand MSH footprint and service offerings into newly acquired and existing partnerships.
- Become a business partner to our customers by staying informed of emerging market trends and technology knowledge, and providing solutions that position them for successful project completion.
- Participate in the full-life cycle recruitment including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, understanding market trends, offer development and negotiation presentation, and on boarding of candidates.
- Evaluate competencies, background, technical skills, and culture fit of each individual.
- Work with the MSH India Intelligence Team for market research and candidate sourcing.
- Create innovative ways to reach out to potential candidates and market candidates to clients.
- Understand micro & macro market trends and build sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Manage the candidate experience through empathy, transparency, and a deep understanding of our candidates' hopes and desires.
- Participate in all continuous training initiatives, prioritizing your personal and professional development.
- 3 years' experience in consulting or account management, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- 4 years' of recruiting and/or talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage contracts and pricing negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to clients.
