Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to
oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for roofing, siding, and gutter
installations. As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will ensure that all projects meet or
exceed industry standards, client expectations, and company policies. You will be
responsible for managing job sites, conducting inspections, and collaborating with
teams to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and safety.
Requirements:
● Clean Driving Record: Maintains a safe and dependable driving history.
● Clear Background Check: Successfully passes a thorough background
screening.
● Vehicle Operation: Proficient in operating trucks and trailers in compliance with
all safety regulations.
● Technological Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing smartphones and adapting to
new applications as needed.
● Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds as required by the
job.
● Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrates effective verbal and written
communication with team members and clients.
● Receptive to Feedback: Open to learning and adapting, with a willingness to
take on coaching and improve skills.
Responsibilities:
● Daily Jobsite Arrival: Arrive promptly at designated job sites to initiate daily
operations.
● Logistics Coordination: Collect supplies, equipment, and material orders from
approved vendors and deliver them to the respective job sites.
● Material Returns: Safely return surplus supplies, equipment, and parts to
vendors, ensuring all returns are accurately processed.
● Trailer Management: Transport, relocate, and manage trailers between job sites
as necessary.
● Jobsite Assistance: Regularly visit job sites to provide support, including
landscape protection (tarps), maintaining site cleanliness, assisting with projectcleanup, and performing final site inspections (e.g., magnetic rolling to collect
nails).
● Documentation and Reporting: Utilize smartphone applications to capture and
upload photographs of job site progress for documentation and reporting
purposes.
● Project Oversight: Monitor job progress to ensure work is being completed in
accordance with established timelines and client expectations.
● Material Verification: Inspect delivered materials to confirm the accuracy of
orders and ensure no items are missing.
● Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients to
provide updates on project status and address any concerns during the job's
progression.
● Safety Compliance: Ensure that all crews adhere to safety protocols and
guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday through Friday
Weekends flexibility depending on season and demand
