Road Maintenance Supervisor

We are searching for a Road Maintenance Supervisor who has the ability to multi-task and is willing to perform all facets of this role which can vary day-to-day. Our projects vary greatly, and we are in need of someone with the skills, fortitude, and willingness to get the job done on all levels. This position may require some labor work and someone who is willing to do more than just operate equipment.

Essential Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Ability to lead a crew in roadway maintenance functions such as installing/removing attenuators, signage, and fencing.
• Equipment operator with ability to grade using a mini-excavator and/or skid steer.
• Knowledge of concrete flat work, pouring sidewalks, curbs and/or driveways.
• Maintain/repair functionality of slopes, shoulders, berms, culverts, and drains.
• Perform safe traffic control by set-up and removal of traffic control devices.
• Skill in operating computers and navigating software applications such as Outlook and Excel.

Skills Preferred

• CDL Class A preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• MOT – Advanced Temporary Traffic Control certification. (Training Available)
