Summary:

The Senior Director, Product Management is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for the company's PC gaming peripherals and Race/Flight Simulation product portfolio. This role leads the development and management of innovative products from concept through launch while driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Director partners closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop product roadmaps, execute strategic initiatives, and build a high-performing product management organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies and multi-year roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product portfolio, including product planning, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from concept through commercialization, ensuring products meet customer needs, quality standards, and financial objectives.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and guide product direction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to successfully launch products and achieve business goals.
  • Own category performance by driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share through strategic portfolio management.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Present product strategies, business cases, and portfolio recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution across multiple regions.


Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15 years of progressive product management experience, including leadership within consumer electronics, gaming, or related technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success developing and launching innovative hardware products from concept through commercialization.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and leading global cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.


Disclaimer: The salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
