Turpin’s of Geneseo is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Consultant to join our team!
We’ve been proudly family-owned and operated in Geneseo since 1972, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating new opportunities. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it’s not required. If you have sales experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to talk with you.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Follow up with customers and actively develop new sales opportunities
- Learn our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
- Provide a friendly, professional, no-pressure customer experience
- Work closely with the Turpin’s team to meet individual and dealership goals
Requirements of Sales Consultant:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with people
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to prospect and create new opportunities
- Sales experience is preferred, but automotive sales experience is not required
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
