Responsibilities for Auto Mechanic
- Properly document the intake of vehicles
- Diagnose all incoming vehicle problems
- Record all service notes
- Coordinate with the Team Leader to order repair parts
- Perform maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion
- Record all parts, fluids, and time associated with each vehicle repair
- Observe all OSHA and safety protocol
Qualifications for Auto Mechanic
- 5 years prior experience
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment
- Experience with general shop equipment ( tire machine, lifts, wheel alignment machine, etc)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions precisely
- No alcoholics or drug addicts needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
