The Behavioral Health Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, developing, and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded. Candidates who reside near or in West des Moines, IA. (Preferred)
Qualifications
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive service volume and business growth for Turnwell Mental Health clinics in the designated territory
- Create, build and manage relationships with referral sources in designated territory
- Provide professional B2C and B2B digital, written and field marketing support including but not limited to cold calls, account development and management, social media support, email communication and participation in marketing events
- Research and analyze local market to create and develop leads, initiate introductions and generate new business opportunities for Turnwell Mental Health
- Prepare and submit weekly reports outlining progress, lead generation outcomes and marketing performance
- Track marketing and outreach KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
- Plan and host quarterly networking and educational events as well as attend local conferences to increase brand awareness
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services that make a difference in patients' lives.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced high growth environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation for meetings with potential referral partners
Pay: $52,851.07 - $63,648.59 per year
