Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Verify customer age and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service.
- Restock inventory and notify management of supply needs.
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).
- Knowledge of classic and specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong math and cash-handling skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol as required by local laws.
Preferred Skills
- POS system experience.
- ServSafe Alcohol, or similar certification (preferred).
- Ability to upsell menu items and beverage specials.
