The ideal candidate will have:
- 7 years managing custom residential construction projects
- Experience with high-end custom homes, custom renovations, or both
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong subcontractor management skills

- Ability to manage projects without hand-holding
- Strong communication and follow-through
