TurnPoint Search is partnering with a prominent financial services firm to hire a Personal Assistant. To be successful in this role, you must be resourceful and forward-thinking, have a meticulous eye for detail, and have exceptional follow-through. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating extensive business and personal, commercial and private travel, including extremely detailed itineraries, and acting as a liaison with drivers, airline programs, and charter companies
- Maintaining detailed calendars for the Principal, coordinating with the immediate family
- Coordinating meetings for the Principal and various members of the executive team
- Maintaining an organized and detailed list of ongoing maintenance items in the home
- Coordinating with the household staff to order medications, clothing, gifts, etc.
- Making purchases on behalf of the Principal and managing expenses and bills
- Researching and securing reservations and tickets for dinner, galas, private events, etc.
- Acting as the gatekeeper, communicating with extended family, staff, and business associates
- Handling confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity
- Contributing to various ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in a personal assistant position, ideally supporting an UHNW individual
- A no job too small mentality
- Technically savvy including experience with Mac and PC, and G-Suite and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Position pays a base salary range of $90,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
