TurnkeyAI Services builds AI-powered websites, AI receptionists, and business directories for local service businesses — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, HVAC, marinas, fishing charters, restaurants, and attractions across the Gulf Coast. The products are live, the delivery is fully automated, and there is no sales team yet. You would be the first. That is why the commission is 80% when this industry pays 20–40%.

WHAT YOU SELL (one buyer, three price points):

- Complete AI-powered websites with a built-in AI receptionist — $99–$218/month

- LobbyCat standalone AI receptionist for businesses that already have a website — $49/month (31-day free trial makes this an easy close)

- Local directory listings — $30–$99 (your two-minute fallback close, so you never leave a call empty-handed)

THE MONEY:

- 80% of everything an account pays in its first 12 months — one-time fees and monthly subscriptions alike

- 35% residual on subscriptions for the life of the account after year one

- Example: fifty $99/month website accounts pay you $3,960/month at the first-year rate, then $1,733/month residual forever — and that assumes nobody takes a higher plan

- No cap. No quota. Paid monthly. Your accounts are contractually yours — commissions survive in writing.

YOUR CLOSING WEAPON:
