About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and client delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoys bringing structure and organization to evolving processes.
This is not a routine administrative role. Our work is dynamic and priorities can shift based on client and business needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate client deliverables, including assessments, materials, reporting, and logistics
- Prepare and format client-facing documents, presentations, and workbooks with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Manage and track key deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Maintain and organize digital systems and files (including SharePoint and internal tools)
- Support internal processes by documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination across internal team members and clients
- Manage administrative logistics such as printing, shipping, and material preparation
- Support multiple team members and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience with digital tools and platforms (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus)
- Ability to use tools such as AI appropriately to support work, while maintaining ownership of accuracy and final output
