Turnkey Property Maintenance is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position involves residential and commercial property repairs, make-ready services, remodeling assistance, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate is experienced in multiple trades and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Complete property maintenance work orders in a timely manner Perform drywall repairs, painting, texture matching, and touch-ups Install and repair flooring, trim, doors, and hardware Perform basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Perform basic electrical repairs and fixture installations Assist with fencing, roofing, carpentry, and remodeling projects Complete apartment and rental property make-readies Communicate professionally with property managers, homeowners, and tenants Document completed work with photos and notes Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Pay $160 - $225 per day, depending on experience, skill level, reliability, and productivity. Benefits Consistent work available Opportunity for advancement into Crew Lead or Project Manager positions Performance-based pay increases Bi-weekly pay (paid every two weeks)
