Sales Executive (Uncapped Commission / High Growth)

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role covering the Greater Phoenix area. You’ll spend time meeting prospects in person throughout your territory, with flexibility to work from home when not in the field.

We’re not looking for the perfect résumé, we’re looking for energy, grit, and drive.

What You’ll Do

This is a true hunter role, not account management.

You will:

• Prospect new business (in-person, phone, email, etc.)
• Set meetings with dealership decision-makers
• Pitch marketing solutions and close deals
• Build your territory from the ground up
• Consistently generate your own pipeline

You are responsible for creating opportunities, not waiting for them.

What You’ll Sell

• Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, OTT/CTV)
• Direct Mail Campaigns
• Custom marketing strategies for dealerships

What Success Looks Like

• You’re in the field meeting prospects regularly
• You’re making calls and outreach daily
• You’re consistently setting appointments and closing deals
• You’re building a book of business from zero

Compensation

• Base salary uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE: $90K–$150K
• Top performers will exceed this
