About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a high-growth environment and understands the rigor required in fintech. We are tackling a complex market—banks, embedded finance, and alternative lenders—and need someone who can translate technical lending logic into a clear, compelling business narrative.

This is not a fully remote role. We need the speed and creativity that comes from strategizing in person. You will play a central role in defining how TurnKey Lender positions itself against legacy competitors and new market entrants.

What You Will Do

  • Owning the ICPs: You will define, validate, and continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profiles. You will map out the buying committees within banks and retailers to ensure our messaging hits the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Feature Launches & GTM: You will own the launch calendar. From major platform updates to minor API enhancements, you will coordinate product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure every release drives adoption and revenue.
  • Customer Communication: You will be the voice of the product for our existing customer base. This includes writing release notes, managing in-app messaging, and creating update emails that drive upsell opportunities and feature adoption.
  • Strategic Messaging: Develop the core positioning for our Unified Lending Management platform. Ensure messaging resonates with distinct personas, from bank risk officers to retail product leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Arm the sales team with pitch decks, ROI calculators, and battle cards that help navigate complex technical sales cycles.

The Skills You Need

  • Austin-Based: You live in the Greater Austin area and are eager to work in a hybrid model.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: 4 years in product marketing within B2B SaaS. You understand recurring revenue models and long sales cycles.
  • Fintech Fluency: Experience in lending, payments, or banking software is highly preferred. You must be comfortable with concepts like origination, underwriting, and compliance.
  • Content Creation: You are a strong writer who produces high-quality content independently. You prioritize clarity over jargon.
  • Data-Driven: You use data to inform decisions, from pricing strategy to campaign targeting.
