Turnkey Interiors LLC (TKI) is a Utah-based commercial construction company specializing in door, trim, and hardware installation. We’re built on hard work, teamwork, trust, quality, and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead our installation projects from start to finish. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, coordinating crews, visiting job sites, solving problems, and keeping GCs, subcontractors, project managers, and TKI teams aligned on schedules, quality, safety, and customer expectations.

TKI provides ongoing coaching and mentoring from our Senior Field Operations Team, including training in finish carpentry and TKI leadership. We currently have projects from Ogden to Saratoga Springs and are looking for leaders to support future growth north of Ogden.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate TKI installers, delivery and material-movement teams, and subcontractors.
- Communicate schedules, deadlines, project expectations, and customer needs to all stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, material costs, productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, and security.
- Complete daily reports, installation documentation, payroll information, and other required paperwork.
- Read and interpret construction plans and manage work according to project requirements.
- Perform framing, door, trim, and hardware installation as needed.
- Visit multiple job sites and work directly with crews to keep projects on schedule and up to TKI standards.
- Build strong working relationships with GCs, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
- Identify problems early and develop practical, win-win solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- 4 years of commercial and/or luxury residential construction experience.
- 2 years coordinating and managing onsite crews.
- 2 years working with GCs, subcontractors, and construction crews.
- 2 years managing safety, quality, productivity, manpower, and material costs.
- Ability to read construction plans.
- Experience with daily reports, payroll-related documentation, and project tracking.
- Working knowledge of Procore or similar project-management software.
- Strong math, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between job sites and work on your feet for 8–10 hours.
- Willingness to work alongside crews and get your hands dirty when needed.
Preferred:
- 1 year of finish carpentry experience. Finish carpentry experience is not required; TKI provides three months of on-the-job training.
- Spanish communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Start Time: 7:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours/week, depending on workload
Work Location: In the field; approximately 99% onsite
Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on demonstrated skills and experience

Benefit eligibility varies by benefit and length of employment, generally from 30 days to one year.
