We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Professional to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices
- Load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with superintents and General contractors during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all driving laws
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, weight handling in the workplace.
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing 50–150 pounds across active construction job sites, including up and down stairs and over uneven terrain.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and varying seasonal environments.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; preferred experience operating box trucks along with backing in flatbed trailers.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and manual tasks involved in loading/unloading cargo
- 21 years or older
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
