- Supervise and support cleaning and maintenance crew members
- Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas are clean and orderly
- Oversee bathroom cleanliness and restocking
- Manage trash collection and disposal schedules
- Maintain outdoor grounds, walkways, and common areas
- Coordinate and supervise events, including setup and cleanup
- Assign daily tasks and ensure standards are consistently met
- Communicate with management on supplies, staffing, and operational needs
- Bilingual: Spanish/English required
- Experience in supervision or facility maintenance preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Full-time - Monday through Friday
