Maintenance Manager/Fleet Supervisor:

Monday-Thursday

7am-6pm

Starting Salary: $65,000

· Provides training and guidance to drivers on safe driving practices and company standards.

· Plans, coordinates and supervises all maintenance and repair activities for all field sheds and related structures.

· Manages and leads maintenance tasks/crews, assigns tasks and evaluates performance., including installing sheds.

· Prepares maintenance reports, budgets and project timelines.

· Coordinates with suppliers and contractors for materials, repairs and renovation projects. (Fleet Preventative Maintenance, Materials, Hardware and Supplies for Shed Maintenance).

· Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the maintenance team, including assigning tasks and monitoring work progress

· Schedules and performs regular inspections of buildings, grounds, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and other facilities equipment.

· Diagnosis maintenance issues and determines appropriate repair procedures.

· Ensures preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules.

· Monitors inventory supplies and equipment and orders materials as needed and on budget.

· Supervises and coordinates the activities of fleet drivers, mechanics and other support staff including vehicle usage, fuel consumption and driver behavior to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

· Maintains accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, mileage, registration/licensing and emergency repairs.

· Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements; implements fleet policies and safety procedures.

Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screening and have a clean background. General Carpentry a must. Experience operating 24-26 ft box trucks.
