Accounting Analyst

Position Summary

The financial analyst will provide analytical forecasting, key metric, and variance analysis of the company’s revenues, COGS, and expenses. The position will work closely with the executive team to provide analysis on both financial statements and ad hoc sales reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Take ownership of TEAM3 invoicing at month-end and throughout all stages of the process
• Responsible for managing bank reconciliations across all corporate entities
• Track site ordering of products between Sales Force and accounting software
• Manage and update financial statements in Report Writer
• Assist with software allocation/balance sheet scheduling
• Assist with month end adjustments
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and confidential information
• Will be participating in a wide range of company projects
• Assist with audits at year-end as assigned
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required
• Previous accounting, finance, business or related field required
• 1 years progressive accounting experience in accounting or similar work environment
• Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with accounting software
• Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
