TURNINGPOINT Behavior Analytic Services is dedicated to using evidence-based practices to teach new skills and decrease problem behaviors for individuals of all ages. Services are provided in diverse settings, including homes, schools, residential facilities, and adult day programs. Based in Wentzville, Missouri, TURNINGPOINT extends its services to communities throughout the state. Owned and operated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), the organization is driven by a commitment to improving the lives of the individuals and families it supports through high-quality, personalized care.
We are looking for BCBAs, Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts, and/or individuals who have completed coursework and are not yet certified to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing on-going services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor progress of clients in order to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide individual, family, and group training sessions.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for clients.
- Educate clients and families on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Conduct research on the effectiveness of various treatments and interventions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri (Provisional License or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to evidence-based practices and ethical standards in behavior analytic services
