What You’ll Do

As a Construction Superintendent - Commercial Tenant Improvements, you’ll lead the day-to-day field execution of commercial TI projects throughout the Denver Metro area.

These are fast-moving projects that require strong trade coordination, schedule management, attention to quality, and excellent communication with clients and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep projects moving and on schedule

• Conduct daily site walk-throughs and proactively identify and resolve field issues

• Hold subcontractors accountable for quality, safety, schedule, and jobsite expectations

• Communicate effectively with clients, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other project partners

• Participate in OAC meetings and provide clear, timely project updates

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality, and professionalism

• Take ownership of problems and drive them through resolution

• Bring solutions—not just problems—when challenges arise

What You Bring

• 5 years of commercial construction field supervision experience, with strong commercial TI experience preferred

• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, and field execution

• Experience coordinating and holding multiple trades accountable

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Calm, organized, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environment

• Procore experience strongly preferred

• Ground-up commercial construction experience is a strong plus

• Strong ownership mentality and commitment to quality and client service

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000, based on experience

• PTO paid holidays
