Mind Works is a child and adolescent counseling practice dedicated to helping children grow, heal, and succeed. Our integrated care model brings together therapists, psychologists, prescribers, and psychometrists to provide coordinated, whole-child support.
We are expanding our team and seeking LMFT Associates and LMSW Associates who are passionate about working with children and families — and who are looking for high-quality supervision in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

What You’ll Do
As an Associate Therapist at Mind Works, you will:

Provide individual therapy for children and adolescents (ages 3–17)

Deliver parent coaching, family skills training, and caregiver involvement support
-
Use evidence-based modalities including play therapy, CBT, family systems, and trauma-informed approaches
-
Collaborate with psychologists, prescribers, and psychometrists in a multidisciplinary model

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in TherapyNotes EMR
-
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
This role is best suited for clinicians who want strong supervision, structured onboarding, and stable full-time hours in a child-focused practice.
Supervision & Professional Development

Work Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekend hours

Onsite office

Hourly pay equivalent to approximately $35/hour for associates

Quarterly incentive bonuses

Opportunity to transition to fully licensed therapist role upon eligibility

Who We’re Looking For

LMFT Associate or LMSW Associate licensed in the State of Texas

Experience (or strong interest) in working with children, teens, and families

Passion for early intervention and family-centered care

Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with a clinical team

Eagerness to learn, grow, and build confidence under supervision
