Duties & Responsibilities:
- When working in POS Cashier capacity; Assigned to a POS (Point of Sale) station selling bingo cards, bingo game packages, early bird packs, warm up packs, late bird packs, and all electronic bingo devices offered during a particular session.
- Always counts issued bands at beginning of shift to ensure that change fund balance is correct and accountable. Balances the running bank and issued inventories while responsible for cash drawer.
- Keeps current with all bingo rules, program changes, and answering questions repeatedly.
- When working in a Floor Sales Clerk capacity; Circulates amongst the bingo players while carrying a supply of game day early bird packs, extra packs, paper specials, late birds.
- Sells Bingo cards to guests; makes change from their bank when necessary.
- When working in a Pull Tab Clerk capacity; Responsible for selling and redeeming event tickets/Pull tabs on the Bingo floor.
- Works collaboratively with all other employees of the gaming and concession operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma required.
- Bingo, gaming, and cash handling experience is preferred.
- Mathematical ability essential; must be able to accurately account for large amounts of cash.
- Must be able to speak and understand English; communicates with guests regarding bingo purchase.
- Must possess reading ability; explains programs and rules to guests.
- Written communication required; must be able to fill out manual forms on a daily basis.
Physical Requirements:
- Fine manipulation of hands required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
