Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly
The Facilities Laborer supports general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Duties include moving furniture, assisting with repairs, basic cleaning, and performing landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Day Shift Available:
7:00am - 3:00pm
Your day-today as a Facilities Laborer will entail:
- Performing general maintenance, groundskeeping, and snow removal
- Providing janitorial services for Nation buildings and property
- Assisting with light construction, furniture moving, and assembly
- Operating and maintaining landscaping and snow removal equipment
- Following maintenance schedules and equipment guidelines
- Supporting overall upkeep of facilities and grounds

Work Experience
To be successful as a Facilities Laborer, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid NYS driver’s license required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience preferred
- Willing to work overtime and respond to emergency calls
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform manual labor
- Must work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and environments
- Must work safely around mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards
