What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Custodian position at Turning Stone Enterprises and Careers?
Starting Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 hourly
The Custodian plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all Nation properties, including Team Member Housing and the vibrant Mary C. Winder Community Center. This hands-on position is essential in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment every day!
Day/Swing Shift Available:
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Monday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Your day-today as a Custodian will entail:
- Performing detailed cleaning of offices, laundry room, common spaces, housing, etc.
- Removing trash from outdoor receptacles and common areas.
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning products and equipment.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Custodian, you'll need:
- A high School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Good time management skills
- A valid NYS driver’s license.
- The ability to respond to emergency calls within a reasonable period of time.
- The ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
