A $160M Pacific Northwest construction manufacturer to fill a key role on their commercial growth team. The company manufactures and installs doors, frames, hardware, and cabinets for multifamily, commercial, and institutional projects across the PNW and Southwest.
They're expanding their commercial and architectural openings business, and this hire is central to that growth.
What makes this role different:
This isn't a split sales-to-PM handoff model. The same person develops the opportunity, closes the work, and owns the project through final punchout. If you're tired of losing context when a project gets handed off-or being handed projects you didn't sell-this structure will feel right.
What they're looking for:
✔ 5 years in commercial doors, frames, and hardware-quoting and project management
✔ Strong product knowledge across CSI Spec Section 08 (Openings)
✔ Ability to read architectural drawings, specs, and door/hardware schedules accurately
✔ Existing GC and customer relationships in the Puget Sound market
✔ Self-directed-comfortable owning outcomes with minimal day-to-day oversight
Nice to haves:
- DHI credential (AHC or CDC)
- Experience with Emullion, Comsense, or AVAware
- Millwork background (CSI Section 06)
- Access control coordination experience
