The Role:

As a Turning Point Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the team culture, supporting daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest service. You’ll work closely with your GM and District Manager while gaining the skills needed to grow into higher leadership roles.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating your team
• Hiring and developing “eggceptional” team members
• Creating a positive, fun, and rewarding work environment
