**Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist Wanted at Turning Point**

**Key Responsibilities**
Your mission will be to guide our clients on their journey to long-term sobriety. This involves:
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, providing family intervention as needed
- Formulating treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Tracking and maintaining patient records
- Actively participating in treatment team meetings
- Developing comprehensive discharge plans for clients completing the program
**What You Bring**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical dependency treatment or related setting
- An active license as a LADAC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or similar
- If recovering from addictions, 3 years of continuous sobriety
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's Degree
