Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis management, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses, to implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working in mental/behavioral health environment preferred
- Experience with the 12-Step program required
- Must have an acceptable driving record and complete a background check
