Position SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Associate or Independently Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is warm, relational, and grounded, with a strong interest in trauma-focused and attachment-based work. This position is in-person at our Phoenix office, with some flexibility for telehealth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to a full-time caseload of adult clients
- Conduct intake sessions, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver trauma-informed care using modalities such as EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, somatic techniques, CBT, EFT, and attachment-focused approaches
- Support clients navigating trauma, self-loss, identity concerns, relationship patterns, grief, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
- Conduct crisis assessments and develop appropriate safety plans when needed
Team & Professional Growth
- Participate in team consultation meetings
- Engage in continuing education and professional development
- Collaborate with administrative staff and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute positively to a warm, supportive, and collaborative practice culture
Required
- Active Arizona license: LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT (or equivalent)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting
Preferred
- EMDR-trained (required for independently licensed clinicians; strongly preferred for associates)
- Experience with IFS/parts work, somatic therapy, grief work, attachment-based therapy, or relational trauma
- Experience working with adults navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, or self-worth concerns
