Overview
We are open from 7am to 3pm and you can have your evenings free!! seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista Server to join our dynamic team in a breakfast brunch and lunch place. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food for tables assigned to you and drinks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any guest concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Support banquet operations by serving food and beverages at events as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
• Familiarity with dietary aide roles or specific dietary requirements is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
• Previous barista experience or knowledge of beverage preparation is an asset.
