Turnersville Kia is seeking an aggressive F&I Manager to add to an already terrific TEAM.
The Ideal Candidate MUST have documented record of success and verifiable references.
What will you do?
*Responsible for maximizing finance, insurance and income.
*Maintain superior levels of customer satisfaction.
*Conduct transactions in a professional, ethical and honest manner.
*Maintain strong, positive salesmanship.
*Ensure documentation is accurate and complete including finance contract, title application, forms, verifications, warranty, insurance, etc.
*Verify secured money at time of delivery, verify tag form, receipts for gas etc.
*Work closely with other dealership staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Maximize front gross.
*Calculate figures, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
*Solve problems and communicate effectively with Senior Management.
*Ability to work on ADP/CDK system.
You will be a high-energy Manager who will be proactive in all aspects of sales management.
