Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and lawn care, with the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden management.
• Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train new employees on proper techniques for landscape maintenance and equipment operation.
• Utilize GIS technology for planning and executing landscaping projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with lawn care practices, tree care techniques, and garden management is essential.
• Experience operating bucket trucks or similar equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GIS technology is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
