As Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the CEO’s strategic partner and a steady force for alignment and order across the Birmingham office, providing light support to four senior leaders. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving priorities, foster cohesion, and help modernize operations through a tech-forward, process-minded approach.

- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination with precision and foresight
- Oversee day-to-day office operations for the Birmingham location, ensuring an organized, professional, and welcoming environment
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to keep initiatives on track
- Maintain digital systems for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
- Support company culture through coordination of team events, celebrations, and internal communications
- Serve as a liaison across departments, vendors, and external partners—fostering alignment and collaboration
- Provide light personal assistance for the CEO, including scheduling, errands, and vendor coordination
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
Work Experience
- 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (required)
- Location: In-person, Birmingham, AL
- Expected Start Date: December 1, 2025
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CST (flexibility required as needed)
- Salary: $65,000–$80,000
- Relocation: Packages available for highly qualified candidates
- Travel: Occasional (a few times per year, typically 1–2 overnights)
