What This Role Is About
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find affordable furniture solutions that fit their needs and budget. We provide hands-on training, clear expectations, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed—even if you’re new to furniture or commission sales.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
- Help customers choose value-driven furniture options
- Learn product features, promotions, and financing options
- Follow up on customer orders and details
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
- Motivated by goals and results
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful—but not required
