What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive store performance through daily accountability, metrics tracking, and hands-on leadership
- Create an outstanding customer experience from entry to delivery
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory oversight, and visual presentation
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with company values
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management (furniture or commission-based sales a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Three to five years leadership experience
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
