What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant:
- Help guests find the right furniture for their homes
- Build relationships and provide great service (we’ll train you!)
- Work with a supportive team that helps each other succeed
- Learn new skills in communication, problem-solving, and sales
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in commission-based roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends
