Turner Staffing Group is hiring Water Truck Drivers to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe and efficient site conditions by controlling dust and supporting road maintenance across the operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a water truck to control dust on haul roads, work areas, and around active equipment
- Maintain proper moisture levels on roadways to ensure safe driving conditions for haul trucks and support equipment
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
- Monitor water levels and refill as needed throughout the shift
- Report equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or hazards immediately
- Follow all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators
- Assist with general site support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a water truck or similar heavy equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license required (CDL may be required depending on equipment)
- MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
- Strong awareness of safety and site traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
