Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as power tools, trimmers, and excavators safely and efficiently
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and management to ensure proper watering of landscapes and gardens
- Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to assist with plant care and landscape design projects
- Perform hardscape work including the installation of pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
- Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety procedures during all outdoor activities
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and tree trimming to keep properties safe and accessible year-round
Requirements
- Prior outdoor work experience or hands-on experience with groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols for outdoor work environments is essential
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Willing to work 50-60 hours a week
