Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Bookkeeper & HR Coordinator located in Nicholasville, KY. The individual in this role will manage bookkeeping responsibilities, oversee financial records, record journal entries, compile and analyze financial statements, and work with accounting software. Additionally, the role may include basic HR-related duties to support company operations and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and preparing Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and general Finance knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
- Relevant knowledge or experience in HR coordination is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or Certified in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office
