What You’ll Do:
- Delivery of mechanical projects from conception through final design.
- Follows and manages project budget, work plan, consultants, and schedule.
- Communicating with Project Team and Clients.
- Creates design solutions to meet all necessary design requirements and specifications.
- Creates and proposes scope and fee.
- Maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Team.
- Facilitate communication through meetings, minutes, and up-date memos to Project Team.
- Ensure projects are following the office standards.
- Coordinates work efforts while ensuring that the team remains on schedule and budget.
- Construction administration to include processing of submittals, RFI’s, and other project documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of designing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and leading design projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license required.
- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
- A thorough understanding of drawings, details, and specifications.
- Technical experience in document coordination and implementation.
- Management experience integrating engineering and owner consultant teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
