• Average income of $5,000 per month from average performances/results
• Commission Sales from 80% of the opportunities COMING TO YOU and only 20% Prospecting
• High Ticket Retail Sales
• Gross written sales volume ranges from $35,000 - $100,000 of product in a month per Salesperson

Who is the ideal candidate?

• Individuals who have displayed professional resiliency with tenure of 3-5 years OR MORE in a recent workplace
• Risk takers
• Current or previous homeowners that can relate to the majority of our guest’s furniture shopping experience
• Someone who has made major purchases in their life, other than a car, and has no problems asking someone else for a sale that could exceed $10,000

Required Traits

• Embraces taking risks in life - "risk taker"
• Must have strong critical thinking skills to overcome guest resistance and to overcome objections.
• Energetic, self-motivated professional
• Competitive spirit and goal oriented nature
• Flexibility to work a 5 day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to comprehend training on complex computer systems
• Previous sales experience in retail commission based sales environment is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.
• Make our guests comfortable enough for them to share their home furnishing needs so you can bring their visions to life.
• Provide world class guest experiences by offering guests an unforgettable visit.
• Establish rapport with guests, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
• Using empathy to overcome objections.
• Take all training to heart and put into practice with all guests.
• Engage and stay engaged with guests while maintaining a low pressure consultative approach.

The Benefits

• Hourly Wage with a strong commission pay structure. Your compensation will be a direct reflection of the level of service you provide guests. Annual earnings range from $36-65K. As the saying goes, "If it's going to be, it's up to me!".
