Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Turner Counseling — Fayetteville, AR
Full-time | W-2 | Hybrid
$60,000/year $200 monthly health stipend
Turner Counseling is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in a full-time W-2 role. This is a hybrid position with an emphasis on in-person sessions in Fayetteville. We are looking for a clinician who values autonomy, professionalism, ethical care, and being part of a smaller practice with clear expectations and supportive culture.
What this role includes
- Full-time 40-hour workweek
- Target caseload of about 25 client sessions per week
- Expected range of 20 to 30 sessions per week
- 90-day ramp-up period
- Hybrid schedule with in-person emphasis
- Outpatient psychotherapy services, documentation, care coordination, and related administrative tasks
Compensation and support
- $60,000 annual salary
- Paid twice monthly via direct deposit

Required qualifications
- Active license to provide outpatient mental health therapy in Arkansas
