Title: Sr.
Integration Manager City: Chicago State: IL Position Description: - Develop and maintain internal and external
communication working in conjunction with HQ communications and change
management.
- Establish and achieve integration targets for
the Business Centers you are responsible for in alignment with the
Company’s short term and long-term vision.
- Facilitate information sharing and serve as a
primary contact for projects to manage and execute delivery of full-time
engagement services, staff resource allocation and guide and direct
expectations amongst BUs and BCs
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC processes by
working closely with the Operations Managers.
- Establish an active feedback loop and a PDCA
cycle for continuous improvement.
- Communicate adoption of the Full Time
Engagement model through forecasting and input into Salesforce.
- Lead research around integration to expand and
enhance opportunities.
- Coordinate with business unit Business
Development Manager to actively drive integration through the pursuit
phase.
- Oversee the development of proposals,
presentations, and engagement follow through to support consistent
high-quality outcomes.
- Provide advanced training and coordination to
teams utilizing software platforms including Power BI, Salesforce,
Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, MS Office, Clearstory, and
Textura, ensuring proficiency and efficient workflow.
- Oversee and train the Production Team in
specialized software systems, particularly Clearstory and Textura, to
enhance operational effectiveness and accuracy.
- Drive strategic integration efforts across
enterprises SPO (Self-Perform Operations) and SourceBlue to build high
performing teams.
- Evaluate integration strategies and
methodologies, recommend and implement improvements to foster innovation,
increase productivity, and strengthen internal and external partnerships.

Education and Experience Requirement: Requires
a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and 2 years of experience in job offered
or 2 years of experience in the Related Occupation. Related Occupation: Engineer or any other job title performing the following job duties: - Oversee
the creation, updating, management, and accuracy of Building Information
Modeling (BIM) models throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Identify,
address, and resolve conflicts or discrepancies related to project plans,
specifications, and BIM model coordination by actively liaising with
architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, internal
teams, and owner representatives.
- Manage
BIM coordination models, ensuring model-based submittals and shop drawings
accurately reflect and comply with contract specifications and
requirements.
- Schedule,
organize, and facilitate virtual 3D trade coordination meetings,
pre-construction sessions, and submittal reviews involving subcontractors
and key project stakeholders.
- Lead
the BIM-related close-out procedures, including preparation and validation
of as-built models linked with operation and maintenance manuals,
warranties, and relevant documentation.
- Prepare
comprehensive turnover BIM models accompanied by all necessary
documentation required by the owner at project completion.
- Mentor
and provide feedback to VDC Interns, supporting their performance
evaluations, professional growth, and skill development.
- Develop
clear and detailed scope-of-work documentation for subcontractors and
traders responsible for BIM modeling, coordination, and application.
- Generate
detailed reports, assessments, and analyses regarding coordination
meetings, clash detection outcomes, and constraint logs to support
informed decision-making and strategic project planning.
- Ensure
competency and effective utilization of key BIM-related software including
Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud-BIM, BIM Track, Revizto,
Drone Deploy, StructionSite, Assemble, CM Builder, Procore, and Bluebeam.
Identify
BIM-related risks or issues potentially affecting project schedules and
budgets and propose actionable mitigation strategies. - Maintain
precise and organized records documenting BIM model updates, revisions,
and historical data to support transparency, compliance, and audits.
Provide
training, guidance, and support to project team members and subcontractors
on BIM methodologies, software use, and project-specific standards and
expectations. - Refine
and enhance internal BIM standards, processes, and best practices by
staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and
advancements.
- Manage
submittal processes, shop drawings review, RFIs, and overall project
close-out procedures including warranties, operations manuals, spare parts
inventory, and quality compliance verification.
- Developing
reports including General Conditions Items, labor, safety, change order
logs and quality control.
Salary Range: $138,528 to $140,000/ year Job Time: Full-time
