Position Title: Member Concierge & Executive Liaison to the General Manager
Location: Private Members Club – Downtown Cleveland
Position Type: Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Full-time: $40,000 per year, Part-time: $20 per hour
Position Overview
• Serve as a key point of contact between members, guests, and club leadership
• Blend elevated concierge service with executive-level support
• Deliver a refined, personalized, and discreet member experience
• Support the General Manager in maintaining exceptional service standards
• Schedule & Availability
o Part-time hours with flexible scheduling
o Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
o Must be present during peak member usage times and events
Key Responsibilities
• Member Experience & Concierge Services
o Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
o Coordinate reservations for dining, club amenities, and special requests
o Provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local experiences
o Anticipate member preferences to create seamless, high-touch service
• Reservations & Club Coordination
o Manage reservations for dining, events, and club spaces
o Facilitate smooth arrival and departure experiences
o Maintain knowledge of club offerings, availability, and policies
• Executive Liaison to the General Manager
o Communicate member feedback, preferences, and requests to the General Manager
o Assist with VIP visits, special events, and high-level member interactions
o Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
• Member Relations & Engagement
o Build and maintain strong relationships with members
o Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests
o Uphold and reinforce the club’s service standards
• Errands & Personalized Assistance
o Coordinate transportation, external reservations, and personal services
o Assist with administrative or lifestyle requests as needed
• Club Representation & Brand Stewardship
o Act as an ambassador of the club’s values and culture
o Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times
• Operational & Program Support
o Assist with club events and member programming
o Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications & Attributes
• Experience in luxury hospitality, private club, or high-end customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and service-driven mindset
Preferred Background
• Hospitality or related field experience is a plus
• Prior experience supporting leadership or in member-facing roles preferred
