You’ll help groom stories, influence design decisions, build new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and champion engineering best practices across the team.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leads and product owners to understand requirements and refine user stories
- Contribute to system architecture, design, and implementation strategies
- Develop and maintain APIs, services, and scalable backend components
- Implement high-quality features using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns
- Build and support real-time data processing pipelines
- Troubleshoot production and performance issues across distributed systems
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and containerization best practices
- Collaborate with engineers of varying levels and skill sets
- Advocate for clean code, maintainability, and engineering excellence
- Python Expertise and proficiency with major web frameworks
- API Development: REST (FastAPI) and GraphQL (Strawberry)
- Streaming Platforms: Kafka or Event Hubs for real-time data pipelines
- Database Experience: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and multi-database architecture
- Big Data Technologies: Spark, Delta Lake
- Databricks: Data engineering and ML workflow experience
- LLM APIs: Experience with OpenAI, Llama, or similar GenAI models
- Azure Architecture & Cloud Concepts
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD Pipelines: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- System Design: Experience architecting applications supporting ~5,000 daily active users
- Concurrency: Multi‑process, multi‑threading, or actor model experience
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Experience using LangChain for LLM interfacing
- Full‑stack development experience
- Familiarity with JavaScript, React, or Next.js
