IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

Duration: 12 months

Location: Onsite work expected - Day 1, Valley, Nebraska

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a IT Analyst II, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution.
• Identify and understand the end user's need.Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

Must haves:

• HS Diploma
• 7 years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking.
• Azure & Intune experience
• Windows PC & Windows Server support
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC)
• HP/Zebra manufacturing printer support
  
  

Nice To Have

• Manufacturing plant IT support experience
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support
• ITSM (IT Service Management) experience
• MOC (Management of Change) experience
• Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues
• Site vulnerability management experience
• FDA and GMP regulated environment experience
• Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience
  
  

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
